"HOW GOOD WOULD IT BE TO BE MICK JAGGER?!"
This workshop will at least reduce the 10,000 hours it takes to become Mick by a good 2 days. On a serious note, it's just very satisfying to make music with others. We see the students grow enormously in a relatively short time. We work towards a short performance at the end of each workshop.

Into The Woods - A Musical
OCTOBER 7-10, 9AM - 3PM
These school holidays we are putting on the musical "Into The Woods". The main characters are taken from "Little Red Riding Hood", "Jack and the Beanstalk", "Rapunzel", and "Cinderella", and others. The musical is tied together by a story involving a childless baker and his wife and their quest to begin a family (the original beginning of The Grimm Brothers' "Rapunzel"), their interactions with a witch who has placed a curse on them, and with other storybook characters during their journey.
Run by the fabulous Melanie Fraser, we are so excited about this show. You won't want to miss out!
OCTOBER 10 & 11, 9:30AM - 3PM
"Well, baby used to stay out all night long, She made me cry, she done me wrong, She hurt my eyes open, that's no lie”
It might take a little more than this workshop to come up with lyrics like that, for those of you who don't know, it's the first verse of "It's All Over Now" by the Rolling stones.
You have to start somewhere and this is the best way to do it! Run by the very talented Teia Kennedy, she'll scratch the surface of what it takes to write a good song. Covering structure, lyrics, chords, hooks, and riffs.
Day 2 is spent recording your song to take home.
